The design
process ultimately begins with you. We want your creation
to reflect your style and personality. A Blue Hibiscus
invitation is your guest’s first impression of your event,
whether it is a sophisticated evening affair or a whimsical
birthday party.
The Blue
Hibiscus creative process involves the following steps:
|1| Consultation
:: A Blue Hibiscus creative consultant will present various
papers, textures, shapes, colors, fonts, and 3-dimensionals
for your consideration. This can be done in-person or via phone/email correspondence depending on your location. We will provide you with the best visual representation of the final outcome. A $50 fee for this service is ultimately
applied toward your final order.
|2| Order
Placement :: Once you approve the final design, a down
payment of 50% of the total order is collected. The
remainder is due when your order is complete.
|3| Assembly and
Inspection :: Before the order is delivered, we personally
inspect each piece to assure that you will receive an
especially unique handcrafted product of exceptional
quality.
|4| Completion
:: Blue Hibiscus prides itself on completing projects on or
before the date promised.* Your order will be
delivered
promptly. Final payment is also due at this time.

:: in order to provide our clients with top quality
products, we need sufficient time to complete all orders.
The lead time varies depending on the time of year and
orders already in progress. Please contact us as soon as
you know you’ll need our services and we’ll be happy to
provide you with an estimated completion date. Please note
that rush orders are an option, when feasible, but will
usually involve 15% additional cost factor.
